Data deletion
How to ask us to delete your information.
You can ask ARQESSENCET at any time to delete the personal data we hold about you, including data received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, the website chat and our forms.
How to request it
- By email: write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data".
- On WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger: send us the message "Delete my data" from the same account you used to contact us.
- By phone: call 829-360-2097.
Include your name and the phone, email or social media account you contacted us with.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt within 2 business days.
- We delete your data (contact, conversations, files, quotes and requests) within 30 days.
- We let you know when it is done.
What we cannot delete
Invoices and records the law requires us to keep are stored only for the required time and are not used for any other purpose.
If you connected with Facebook or Instagram
You can also remove our access from your account settings under Apps and websites. To delete the data we already have, make the request through one of the channels above.
