This policy explains what personal data we collect through our website https://arqessencet.com and our service channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, website chat, phone and email), why we use it and what rights you have, in accordance with la Ley 172-13 sobre protección de datos de carácter personal de la República Dominicana.

What data we collect
- Forms and quotes: name, phone, email, location and the details of your request.
- Messages on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or the website chat: your name or username, your phone number (WhatsApp), the content of the messages and the files you send.
- Browsing data: pages visited and buttons used, recorded anonymously, without tracking or advertising cookies.
How we use it
- To answer your questions on the channel you chose.
- To prepare and follow up on your quotes and projects.
- To send you WhatsApp messages about your request, only if you gave us permission or wrote to us first.
- To improve our website with anonymous statistics.
We do not sell or rent your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
WhatsApp messages
You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP or asking us through any channel.
Who we share it with
Only with providers we need to deliver the service (Meta Platforms for WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger; hosting and email providers), or when required by a competent authority.
How long we keep it
While there is an open request or business relationship and up to two years after the last contact. Invoices and accounting records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion (see Data deletion) or objection at any time by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 10 business days.
Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access for authorized staff and activity records.
Changes
If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
